By accessing, registering on, or using the jabaje platform (accessible at jabaje.app and any associated mobile browser interfaces), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using jabaje.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of jabaje, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the site without an account. jabaje reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2.1 Minimum Age. jabaje is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. jabaje operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance held in the account forfeited.

2.2 Age Verification. jabaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jabaje may result in account suspension.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction. jabaje makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all locations. Access to jabaje from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.

2.4 Exclusions. 3.1 Registration. To access the full range of jabaje's betting and casino services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered jabaje account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jabaje uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jabaje reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jabaje username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. jabaje will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify jabaje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. jabaje may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC). jabaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or bank statement — before your first withdrawal is processed or when requested by jabaje's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the process is complete.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jabaje currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at jabaje is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit. jabaje does not charge deposit fees on its side of the transaction; standard fees applied by your payment provider are outside jabaje's control.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your jabaje wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. jabaje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests to verified bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. jabaje reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where KYC documentation has not been completed, or where fraud indicators are present.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a deposit to the same account. jabaje does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Real-money balances and bonus balances are subject to different withdrawal rules — bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.

4.6 Currency. jabaje accounts are denominated in either Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupee (INR), as selected at registration. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in your account currency. jabaje does not apply an exchange-rate spread to BDT or INR account transactions.

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers published by jabaje are available to eligible registered account holders only. jabaje reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion and to exclude specific accounts from promotional participation at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your jabaje account are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. You are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times by registering additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. jabaje actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a bonus value, hedging bets across accounts, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, jabaje may void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and suspend the account.

5.5 Promotion Modification. jabaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already validly credited to an account and in the process of being wagered in good faith.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on jabaje are governed by the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time of placement. jabaje reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or data feed failures. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.2 Live Betting. In-play betting markets close at the time of the relevant event's conclusion or at jabaje's discretion if a technical issue affects live data accuracy. jabaje will not be liable for bets placed on stale or delayed live odds caused by connectivity issues on the player's device or network.

6.3 Casino Games. All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, and instant-win games — are operated by certified third-party software providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). The rules of each game are governed by the respective provider. 6.5 Error and Malfunction Policy. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, jabaje reserves the right to void the affected transaction. jabaje will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to process refunds of stakes in a timely manner.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jabaje platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one jabaje account or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the jabaje platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in relation to events bet on via jabaje;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit at jabaje (money laundering);
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats;

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to mask your true geographic location;
• Accessing jabaje on behalf of another person or operating a commercial betting syndicate through a personal account.

11.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jabaje's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 By jabaje. jabaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jabaje reasonably believes that: (a) a player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) an account poses a fraud, money laundering, or compliance risk; (c) a player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account is not in the interests of jabaje or its other players.

12.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated by jabaje due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, jabaje reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any real-money balance (excluding unwagered bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 By the Player. You may close your jabaje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
